Design, plan, and built of the golf course as well as town planning of the whole sector. Development of the Golf course from land possession, rough and fine shaping, sand spreading, landscaping, bunkers, tees, and greens. Construction up to finish level, drainage of the complete golf course area, construction of Lakes, plantations, grassing, Toro US sprinkler system, Lighting design and procurement; to handing over of the golf course on PGA standards.
